At 8am this cop is running around telling people "...excuse me Sir/Man, but your car door is open!"
ME: "Yeah, thanks occifer, ...i'm getting ready for work and getting my Kids ready for school, is there something i can help you with?"
COP: "...YEAH but your car door is open!"
ME: "Thanks Captain Obvious, now...if you don't need me for anything else, i'm running late for work----GOOD-BYE AND hope you find something BETTER TO DO with your Time"

If a dog, without provocation, attacks or injures any person who is acting peaceably in any place where the person may lawfully be, the owner of the dog is liable in damages to the person so attacked or injured to the full amount of the injury sustained. The term "owner" includes any person harboring or keeping a dog but the owner shall be primarily liable. The term "dog" includes both male and female of the canine species.

Where did you get that. I have no problem with my dog checking out a new arrival. I may shut him down if it get to pushy...but actually around here you get greeted by the cat. Who is bigger than the dog and is in charge. And no one lmesses with the cat.

In the Law, it is impossible for a child to "provoke" an attack by a dog … which is why insurance companies simply do not bother to defend against claims of a child bitten by a dog ...
