Is it more difficult than to rewrite immigration laws and trying to figure out what to do with at least 11 million illegals already here. I don't think so.
There are many ways to curtail illegal immigration including many laws that already exist but they are just being ignored. Until existing laws are enforced anything else is worthless.

Why are you comparing it to the current illegal population? You are creating a straw-man don't get distracted. If you want people to follow a visa program it should be much more streamlined or people won't use it
