A little off the main subject matter but as I recall during WW11 the phrase was that a Army travelled on it's stomach.

As to these Isis guys, they are travelling in large military vehicles that someone is supplying them. Take those away and lets see how fast they want to walk across Syria or any other place for that matter.

But thing is, folks that raised ISIS to its power were inmates in one of the US governed prisons there. Not sure - Iraq or one of those countries that went "civilized" by the US.
For some reason unknown and un-discussed they were released from that prison and here ya go now.

Also, a fella by the name Al-Bagdadi, currently ISIS leader, in 1999-2004 managed to establish a small group called Jamaat Jaysh Ahl al-Sunnah wa-l-Jamaah in Iraq.
In 2004 he was arrested by coalition forces and placed in Camp Bucca.
Allegedly April- May of 2004 he was processed by CIA and from that on, his job was to acquire and develop a network of trusted agents around him, mostly old baatists.
Late on, he and his agents were released from the prison.
If you were in charge during world war 2 the headlines would read something like this,

It's not Obama's fault per say. He needs to be held accountable for his lack of empathy. Just like any other world leader who turned a blind eye to this conflict and the many other conflicts in the world where genocide on mass scales were taking place. I don't see how genocide can become a political issue. Either you're for helping people who are being killed in droves by their own governments (or rebel regimes etc) or you're against helping them.
Bringing 20,000 of them here is not helping. That's only 1% of the population of Syrian refugees. How is that helping? Obama says that we would be taking in 3 year old orphans. Well, my response is that they wouldn't be orphans if we'd gone into Syria 3 years ago when crap was hitting the fan.
According to the right-wing, those children are nothing more than collateral damage! All's fair in love and war, as the saying goes.
Right-wingers are calling for carpet bombing entire countries up to and including 'just' dropping a nuke on them. I wonder how many children (and babies!) would be killed in that kind of action?
ISIS is doing exactly what the right would do themselves, if they could. Yet they have the nerve to pretend to care about those very same children, via posts and linking to videos.

So it was George W's CIA/Cheney lead WH who actually allowed Al-Bagdadi loose into Iraq's "SOCIAL NETWORK" to lead this ideation WAR..and inspirations for Lone wolves and young men to join into Jhihad ....WONDERFUL news!!
