Proper punishment for that monster would be feeding him to some hungry animals...alive.

There was a pack of three golden retrievers that I saw in Manchester, VT to which that monster could have been fed. They would have ripped him apart alive.
Give this person papercuts to his eyeballs, ballsack, arms, feet, and pretty much everywhere on his body.
Then feed him to a pig.
Exactly! The blood from the cuts will really draw the hogs over.
We'll probably see this storyline in "Criminal Minds" eventually.
