You can't even tell what is going on in that video until the woman walks up to the white car, presumably she's yelling at them, and they throw what is water or soda at her maybe? Then a guy kicks their headlight in. Up until then, I have no idea what was going on. Based on that video, the people who kicked the headlight in of the white car & then backed into it with the truck are at fault.

I'm not crying and they're all equally guilty/stupid for escalating what was probably originally a non-issue.

Of course this is America's future, especially considering these are the type of people most likely to over breed offspring far beyond their ability to care for or educate them.
