Simple solution. Take off your shoes and leave them in the back seat with the kid. Cell phone would probably work.

That's brilliant. Honestly it seems some people are more likely to forget their kid than their phone.

Actually I blame sugar. When I ate a lot of sugar, I was way more likely to make stupid mistakes b/c at times my brain would take a vacation after a sugar binge and at times if I was driving I'd have to pull over to take a nap. I never left a kid or an animal in a car though and I have ADHD.

But it's illegal in some states to drive without shoes. Women should leave their purses in the back seat with the kids. Men, maybe their wallets.

My kids were so loud even when they were small,l don't think I could ever forget they were in the car.
