You are right. Not only that, but in Sweden women are being told how to act in public to not tempt men to rape them.
YES, and in Germany they're being told how to dress, behave, and to avoid going out alone. Women are having their rights diminished because THEY are easier to control than the Muslims entering their country.
But the new paradigm is that the rights of certain religious groups trumps the rights of females and gays. Females and gays as protected groups by the liberals is so 1990's. Just as the liberals loved Israel until they turned against it. Now other people are more disadvantaged than gays and women.

When you try to understand a crime by questioning whether or not the victim was doing something to bring on that crime, you are essentially placing blame with the victim by trying to find fault with something they've done.

Yes, that's probably what's happening all across the countries that have thousands of Muslims entering their countries. The European women just cannot control themselves and give into their lust, and now their families are screaming rape.
Especially true in Sweden where they're such prudes about sex that these women have to fabricate a story for their families, who otherwise wouldn't have even known about their daughters lust and the sex they just had to have, if not for the fabricated story.
