No surprised, it's not big enough to be worth following. There are perhaps thousands or millions of objects in the kuiper belt that can be as large as the moon or greater formed over time from collisions. It's a huge area of floating spaghetti and meatball.
What I am waiting for is the true 9th planet beyond Pluto.
