Good. No one has the right to destroy another's property.

I admire someone with convictions. He's not one to beat around the bush.

Thanks for the update. Sad all the way around, first that the parents consciously threw it all away and second, a son would sue his parents for doing it.

David Werking, 42, sued his parents, Beth and Paul Werking, after they tossed out what a judge called “a trove of pornography and an array of sex toys.” David Werking contends damages are around $25,000

My impression was a lot of vintage porn, old Playboys stuff like that is worth money. I don’t think a doll would be considered a collectible, unless it was vintage. He said the stuff was valued up to $30,000. He won so who knows.

About the time he sued his parents, he was removed from the inheritance list.

1) Who's "collection" of porn consists of more than bookmarks on a web browser these days?

2) An "adult" lives in his parent's basement, rent free, for 10 months.

3) He leaves, abandoning many of his possessions.

4) The parents eventually deliver many of his possessions, minus the porn, apparently without charge.

Deadbeat brat sues. Once he abandoned his property, unless the parents made a commitment to store it, free of charge, indefinitely-it's theirs to do what they want. This isn't a cell phone someone inadvertently left-he made the choice to abandon the property. Too bad, so sad. Bye Felicia.
