No.. the insinuation is she can't be a doctor because she's black. Racism is alive and well but just in different forms to hide it. Why else would one commentor put "doctor" in quotes. WTH is that supposed to mean? And another poster questioned the term "family doctor" like she made the $%^& up. That's how the new racists hide their racism.
Yesterday in my doctor's office, I saw another patient wearing a very similar outfit, except hers was a crop top that exposed her belly. Nobody commented, stared, or seemed to care.

I don't think that's in response to her race, more in response to the erroneous information someone posted that she was more or less a life coach and therefore not a real doctor. It's not always about race.

Googling her name, it appears she does "trauma counseling" sometimes with canines, sounds pretty much like a life coach, in a business she owns.
She no longer submits payments to insurance, (read, insurance doesn't pay for her services) but will provide itemized bills so that her patients can advocate for themselves with their providers.
Okay, a couple of weeks ago, the C-D discussion was about a white woman tossed out of a Golden Corral restaurant for skimpy clothing. She also posted selfies of her outfit.
.
If I recall that selfie was eye burning bad and did nothing to support her case.

Yeah... The two aren't very comparable. This woman is wearing casual summer wear. That lady, God knows what the hell she was wearing... Not that it really mattered either way, as she was properly covered regardless.
Right. This whole thing is ridiculous anyway. IMO, if they got kicked out for their attire, there was obvious reason enough to single them out among a crowd.
Calling the doctor "Dr. Funk" had nothing to do with being a life coach/or not. Neither was referring to "ghetto". That was ALL about being black.
I won't disagree with that.
