Good morning everyone
Whew was just outside to let 2 of the dogs out and walked into a wall of humidity. This was at 5:45 can you imagine what it will be like around noon.
rofl I learned my lesson yesterday when my right mind must of gone on vacation and I decided to mow and weedwack in yesterdays humidity.
One should not be soaking wet just using the weedwacker.

So today I think I am going to do inside projects like grocery shopping and possibility new sneaker shopping.

I am going to sign up at the gym tomorrow now that my ear issue is almost all better , so i better go out and get some stuff so I don't embarrass myself in my comfy yet "best not leave the neighborhood" clothes I walk and garden in.

So who will be first today ?

karla

I went out!!
3.065 miles
burned 467.7 calories
took 6,936 steps!

I do think, however, that I need to reset my stride. The walk felt good this morning, I did get a sm headache, not a migraine, thankfully, liking staying away fr those...

No hubby walk today. We're getting a soaking rain, which we needed.

Happy Sunday!

I'm going for a walk. Now that I live in a walkable neighborhood it's much easier. Have found a 2 mile loop that is both safe and interesting.

That's great, Ellie. Where are you now?

I just finished cleaning the kitchen and bathroom (2) floors. Outlaws... oops, I mean inlaws are coming for Sunday dinner. After I scrub the bathrooms, I'll get the potato salad and strawberry shortcake going.

nms did you say strawberry shortcake !!! I am on my way

ok went to the grocery store and am proud to say I did not put the "buy one get one free" kisses in the buggy. I am really going to try to not snack on junk I will try to grab a fat free yogurt instead of the handful of dark chocolate M&Ms.

robyn - I have a love-hate relationship with my pedometer no matter how far I walk or where I put it, it reads 1.3 miles I am going to try putting it on Lola's collar. sigh lol so I used the car to see how much each lap is.

Ohhhh! Did someone say strawberry shortcake?

Even Shadow did not want to be outside today. It is already 90 here and the humidity is a wall that you walk right in to when you step out of the door.

I'm with you Karla, inside projects today. I think I will work on my health column.

CLEAN??? Heck, we are still UNPACKING. I move things from boxes to stacks to maybe it's home to a new home to okay, maybe this will work better. That's MY exercise and yes, it works up a sweat.

It's hell downsizing from 2000 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. Liz
