If any of you know Nomadicus from CD, I'm going to his uncle's funeral this a.m. Nomad lives about an hour north of here but his uncle's services will be in Ft. Myers, so I"m headed over in a little bit.

As soon as it warms up it is painting day for me. I am painting the mega shelves we built in the new shed. They are awesome
Today I did the MMA workout from Les Mills, whew, it is hard but invigorating. Have an appt. later with the nurse practitioner at the ENT to go over my CAT scan results, which I already know didn't show anything. See if there are any new helpful suggestions. Getting old. I thought things were getting better, but as usual, it was only temporary.

Lisa, I hadn't met him till today. What a wonderful service. Truly a celebration of his uncle's life. I was honored to have been invited and, by the time I left, I felt like I'd met the man. I bet he was an interesting character.
