rofl with all the sleep I had last night(for those that didn't read it I fell asleep at 8:30 and slept till 7) I am full of "vim & vigor"

lol I have a feeling I am going to need that energy to drag hubby around to look at fabric to make the curtains for the den since I can't seem to find any to match that don't have the price that makes you *gasp* lol

this afternoons exercise will be out in the yard the green stuff in the back has once again grown so it requires the mower

So what does everyone have planned for today

Good morning Karla. Work today, no step work-out. We got hit with some of that white stuff last night. Hubby knew it was coming but didn't tell me because he knows I flip out when I have to drive in it. Needless to say fell flat on my back in the driveway this morning. But, here I am, at work, in one piece. Have a great day!

Good morning to you both.
Jeannie, I'm glad you're still in one piece and hope the fall didn't hurt your back.
Karla, one of my favorite things to do is rearrange furniture, amongst other things. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something and it feels like a different room.
I'm heading out for a walk. It's nice here this morning. I even put my parrot out for awhile.

Wow...now we have a parrot as a member! Cool!

Glad you didn't hurt anything, Jeannie. How's the move coming?

Lazy Susan says she isn't leaving till Monday, since it's going to be such a nice weekend here - low 80's both days. Don't ya hate that? LOL Not sure what's on the agenda for today. Hubby's still asleep. I'd like to get some houssework done and maybe cook out tonight. We're going to friends' house for dinner tomorrow, and I have to take out the pumpkin cheesecake to let it thaw. No diet tomorrow, that's for sure.

Where's my German Chocolate cake, there, Karla?

Morning!
Believe it or not, it is snowing here The gym is closed, so my exercise will be shoveling and maybe sledding if it slows down before dark.
Yikes Jeannie! glad you didn't hurt yourself and for you.

A cookout in warm weather sounds fabulous!
Have a great day everyone!

Crossed for you Jeannie! It will be like waiting for Santa, the longest 30 days of your life. Are you packed yet?

Shadow & I have done our extended Saturday walk around the neighborhood. She is out laying next to my bike, so I expect there will be a bike ride in my immediate future........
