Hope you're all sleeping well.

Jeannie, was the storm really bad?

I haven't been on on Wednesday. Had to go to the doc with DS and called in sick for the rest of the week. It's getting better tho. He doesn't have such high fever any more and is eating a bit better.

No breakfast for me b/c I didn't have the time and forgot about it lateron. So for lunch I had some spaghetti and tomatoe sauce.

After lunch I took a really long nap (2 hours).

After our nap we went shopping with my cousin and her bf and bought all the neceressary groceries for a Chinese dinner which we cooked about 6 p.m. We had Basmati rice along with chicken breast and lotsa veggies. Very yummie.

We watched a Disney DVD (Enchanted) which was very sweet. Of course we had some popcorn with the movie lol

You know the difference between the Navy and the Coast Guard? Navy doesn't use extension cords to shore when we deploy!!!

Yeah yeah... I'm sure he's heard them all before! It's funny how many people start singing the Village People's "In the Navy" like it's the first time I've heard it and an original thought! I did almost 21 years. Just retired 5 years ago. I'm a young 43 and on a second career.
