Quality of new build is 80% the job superintendent and crews and 20% the builder.,the biggest builder impact is customer service which if well built won't be a big issue. The quality and type material, are going to be ok because that is a written list they can be taken to court if not acceptable quality, it's the level of finishes that are upgrades for one builder but standard by another where the builder matters most.

But overall it's about execution as most things are so ask customers about which superintendent they had if they had a great outcome.

Had built with both Highland and Pulte. Pulte cannot be compared to Highland. I walked away from Pulte compared my previous building experience with Highland. Pulte's materials and workmanship are tiers below. Pricewise I don't see Pulte is anywhere lower. Just my personal experience but they are very recent.

We built with McBee prior to the riff in the family and have been very happy. The same now as we are leaving - local builder with two generations in the business.

Pulte is lower then all of Highland's areas. They dont compete with each other. Highland is the next level up. Price, and otherwise. Its always a poster with one post that says things like this.lol
