Mentions major underlying condition. Just another scare tactic when kids have not really been impacted by this virus. The average age of death is around 78, which is the average age of lifespan in our country. I'm not trying to be insensitive, but we also have to be realistic.

Well, read the text. What were the exclusions?

At that late point of time any tourists from China were first not likely at all, and second Wuhan was on a total lockdown anyway (and lockdowns overthere work slightly differently compared to the ones here ...).

P.S. While US citizens and residents are obviously entitled to come back, a careful screening, and yes at least self-quarantine should have been done. Ideally testing, but we know the massive disaster that has been. Without any sort of measures like this, that "ban" was totally meaningless.

2. Please provide data points on your claim that "Sweden did not do well, not even close." They are at 56 per 100,000 deaths (without stringent shutdowns) while US is at 44 per 100,000 (with stringent shutdowns for 1.5 months). Stockholm numbers are comparable to that of NYC.
1. There was no such thing. See my previous post.

2. Sweden should be compared to its peers (Finland, Norway, Denmark), all did much better.

This was the case in first week of July. Last couple of weeks most of the people are wearing masks, there are few who still don't wear them.

Last week I was shopping in Sprouts and there was one couple (50+) who were not wearing masks and everybody was avoiding the lanes they were in.

I avoid the elderly and morbidly obese at stores also. I don't want to kill somebody's grandparents. I assume that I am positive.

There was an elderly cashier(65+) at Target. He did have a mask on. Everybody avoided his line to go to the younger cashiers or self-checkout.

How did they get the timing to be before school started? Did they kill him now, instead of after the start of school?

A woman in her 20's visited her grandparents(80+), after attending a party with friends. She was not showing symptoms at that point. All three were hospitalized at Parkland hospital. She woke up to find out that her grandfather is dead. Her grandmother is still alive for now.

Doctor says young Parkland patient caught COVID-19 at party, spread it to grandfather who died - https://www.wfaa.com/article/news/he...c-1db95f27575c

Texas looks to be first in the nation (maybe the world) on implementing death panels...

I read the text and know what the intent was and so do you.
