Sorry for the late reply. I haven't been lurking as much.

I documented everything that needed to be fixed; I included estimates for the larger repairs. Also, the county made a mistake and claimed that I had a roof covering majority of my backyard patio which I don't.

Well I guess I misspoke. After 6 years going down it went down again when I got my bill. I paid 17,500 last year and I got my bill today and it is $15,300. I have no clue what is going on.

This is likely from the $18 billion property tax cut signed by Gov. this year. Unless your appraisal drastically increased in 2023, home owners may save an average $1200 property tax.

My valuation did go up but I am guessing the lower percentage really helped. I am glad a politician actually did something that I see a tangible benefit
