I'm wondering if the next phases of the project will allow mixed uses. I suspect there would be strong demand for more apartments and condos facing the river.

I doubt it and I REALLY hope not. We have enough housing, and proposed housing, already. We need more office. We need to attract new businesses and keep the ones we already have. Too many are leaving the city for new office buildings in other cities.
