Don't know if you remember the Milford Halloween Parade, but they changed the name because it was not considered politically correct. It's now Scarecrow Bob's Fall Fun Harvest Parade! LOL It was also noted that Christine decided not to be a part of it, although many candidates appeared in their convertibles, throwing out their candy and flyers. Can't say I blame her, because that would be asking for it.
I'm confused...what is politically incorrect about a Halloween parade? This is a serious question by the way

I have a link which explains the town's thinking, but I think this would be Off-Topic, right TooBusy?

I saw this today - an article posting a SNL skit of her from last night.

Christine O'Donnell's Controversial Past Spoofed In 'SNL' Season Opener (VIDEO)
Back on topic please.

And yes a topic about a Halloween parade would be better in another forum - parenting maybe? Or maybe it's own thread here specifically about that parade. BTW, I marched several times in the Milford Halloween parade in band and Girl Scouts.

Your logic is lacking. Alaska is the model example of American Socialism. Alaska receives a Stimulus of $12,000 per resident from Washington DC in excess of what they send and levies a 75% corporate tax that is then spread equally with the same residents.

That my friend is Socialism in action and the Sarah Palin clone that is O'Donnell is cut from the same cloth. Did your forget Palin raised that Alaska corporate tax from 50% to 75%, started a sales tax while mayor of Wasilla and has raised tax rates in every term at every level of every off she's ever held?

I don't want Alaska Socialism nor Palin tax policy sent to DC via Christine O'Donnell thank you.

jdoll,
my logic is not lacking at all. the federal goverment has stolen 65% of our land. they dont get to control the richest land we own without a price. but if you are keeping up with our politics you will see in our primary we voted out our senior senator to be replaced by a conservative that will try to get our states rights back so we can stand on our own. i believe Christine O'Donnell would fight for the people of Delaware as well. when you have a choice always vote for freedom.

My ears are wide open waiting for a coherent explanation of how Ms O'Donnell will make me more free. Give me facts, not buzz words.

The woman is less educated than I am, and I don't think I'm qualified to run for Senator. When did having a good education be something to be ashamed of in this country? She hasn't even had a job in several years, unless you call living on campaign funds a job. She sued her last employer for sexual harassment and asked for millions! (This is a conservative?) No, this is someone who will run on any ticket that will get her recognition. Her own staff, people who are loyal, conservative Republicans, said she's a phony. When candidates like O'Donnell and Bachmann have numerous staffers who quit, it should raise a red flag.
