What is your most favorite part of the entire Denver metro area?

It sure has grown like wildfire in the past few years. It is the fastest growing big city in the Western US since 2010.

I really like a lot of it that is west of Federal.

I'll get more micro with it at a later date.

On that list, Broomfield. But I really like Louisville best of all!

I think the best measure of desirability is price per square foot that people are willing to pay. It is completely market driven.

Would be fun to do a poll like this with just denver neighborhoods.

Release that list, and I'll invert it from the middle.

I'm not sure I can pick just one. I live in Westminster which I really like because it is a well run city and we have great walking paths. I live next to Broomfield which seems to be well run and also has great walking paths so I like it also. I used to live in Centennial which I really liked because it seemed well run and I loved my house there in the DTC where I could walk to work and the neighborhood had great walking paths. I really liked Greenwood Village for the nice housing stock and it seems to be a well run city. I really like the Jeffco open space parks for foothill's hiking. I really like eating out in Louisville. I really like going to Denver for things like the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and for events at the Denver Merchandise Mart, Convention Center and Performing Arts Complex. I really like walking my dogs in Thornton and Adams county because they have nice paths, enforce the leash laws and seem to be well run. I really like the grittier areas on Colfax for restaurants. I really like the upscale area near Cherry Creek Mall for shopping. I really like Niwot for the tiny cute little area it is and they have great walking paths. I really like Littleton and Arvada although I don't get there often. They both have some good stores/restaurants.

The entire metro area is so small it isn't hard to get from one end to the other in under 45 min. so pretty much you can enjoy the amenities no matter where you live.
