Seriously? You can throw a stone in any direction and find Mexican food places here.

Korean BBQ
There is a halfway decent one in the Springs... haven't searched for any in Denver.

Pho
Another one not lacking here.

Indian
Jai Ho and *** & Yeti are my two personal favorites. Only other one I've been to is Little India, but I've seen several others.

Sushi
Can't help there.. not really my thing.

What I'd like to see here is some actual real barbecue... that's where I find Colorado to be lacking.
As for burgers, I'd certainly not eat them every day, but I do like burgers, and I appreciate the options.

I wasn't particularly impressed with them. You gotta remember I moved to CO from NC.
And I don't understand why the first word of the name of that Indian/Nepalese restaurant was censored...

Poor Hilltop. LOL

I'm inspired to find a new route home. It's just too much.
Yea, "poor" hilltop . . . all those people that spend millions to live there . . . my heart just breaks for them.

Good Mexican food to me are the taco shop hole in the wall places I find in Southern California. Baja style. The first time I was asked if I wanted my burrito smothered I did a double take. Smothered with what? There are a few places I can tolerate here but it just isn't the same as home.

Honestly I am surprised that the taco shops haven't popped up here.

The burger places are a dime a dozen now. I wish someone would start selling Bison burgers at a reasonable price.

I think that's something we can all agree on.
