My cousin is showing up with her boyfriend and toddler before they head into the mountains for skiing. They want to do things in the city - she is a reader and a bit of a nerd like me.

I've suggested Snooze and a few other options for lunch, and in terms of activities I suggested DMNS, History Colorado, Tattered Cover, butterfly pavilion...

I think we're good on food, but any other activity ideas? It's gonna be almost 60 degrees. The aquarium will not impress - it's too unprofessional and she's got easy access to the Camden Aquarium, which is pretty amazing. Denver Zoo would be ok though...

The Children's Museum is fun - not particularly unique to Denver, but I doubt a toddler will care.

A toddler may be a little too young, but there's a fun exhibit at DAM about animals in art.

These are all great suggestions! Thanks!

She's a very social child - LOVES other kids. So wherever there are other kids, she'll have a blast.

But given how warm it's going to be, Golden might be a great option for just strolling around.

Dude, I went to Hay on Wye in Wales in 2016. It's a town of 1500 people and 20 bookstores. I had 24 hours to run amok. My bank account is still recovering...

My cousin is the same way. I may gently steer her away from TC, lol.

Well, we may do some stuff on Thursday too. They ended up driving into the mountains after brunch to see as much as they could before it got dark. I told them to meet me at Snooze, and apparently it was something of a religious experience. I was told it was a topic of conversation for the rest of the day, lol.

Hoping to take them to Biker Jim's on Thursday for lunch.

Snooze was the religious experience, or the mountains were?
