Water, moderation and moving and a total of two miles walking every day or every other day is sufficient until you build up to a longer period of time if you want.
Your entire list is way over board and most of humanity would "maybe" follow it for about 30 seconds, most do not want to put so much effort into anything and change is a very hard thing do achieve because it is too "hard" and people give up quickly.
PS ~~ NOT everyone likes hot sauce or spicy food and there are times I would much rather drink orange juice than have to chew.
22. stop being judgemental and making assumtions about everyone.
There are numerous reasons for weight loss and yes some of it is pure laziness and over eating however, there are many other things that cause weight loss and a lot of it is medically related and the result of medication being taken on a daily basis.

It just sounds like your not serious about losing weight. You can't use medication, special conditions and orange juice as excuses. People are just lazy and unwilling to change or try new things because they are afraid. It's not being judgmental, it's just fact. Suit yourself. Don't change. Continue down the same path. Hot sauce is great. Who doesn't like hot sauce? What does it do to you that you don't like? Not warm and creamy like some nasty cheap cheese? Hot sauce is one of the best things in the world. Opens up your senses. People all over the world enjoy hot/spicy.

There is only a small percent of ppl who can make this claim. The others, not so much. It's so much easier to blame someone else for your fattness, than it is to admit you have a problem and that problem is your hand to mouth action.
Great advice. Thanks for sharing. I will give thai food a try. I just had their fried rice couple of times but didn't know they had a variety of salads too. You are so right about soups. Making them at home is so easy & they are so filling that you can replace a meal completely with soup. Cereals are probably one of the most deceptive foods that are advertised as healthy.
Gov your list is good but it is specific to what you like. And very regimented. There are a lot more options than what you listed. And different ways to go about it.
It really just a matter of eating whole fresh foods, cut out the junk food and pre packaged crap. Keep sugar to a minimum, and go easy on the saturated fats. Drink lots of water. Burn more than you eat.

You're right. I should have listed things I don't like and things that didn't work for me. Thanks.
And of course if you can't master all 20, you're a complete failure.
