It is just like saving money, it is a lot easier to start early and develop good habits than to delay and find it much harder to catch up or even stay the same.

At all times.

I've started working out again lately. Wish I would've started again much earlier. I'm not even "old" but I've noticed changes in my body and my metabolism already that may have been avoidable had I never fallen out of healthy habits in the first place.

Once you hit the "overweight" category, people need to be watching what they eat and getting some exercise.

You should do it so you don't hit the overweight category, and everyone should exercise no matter what their size or age.
