i like pitbulls because they are obviously loyal and protective of their owner. i don't really like animals at all, but I respect pitbulls.

I voted for the GSP. I have 2 of them. Both rescues. Great Danes are another favorite.

My most favorite dog is a rescue of any variety who wants and needs love and a home. Doesn't even have to be purebred, a mutt is fine. It hurts my heart to know so many good animals are put down every day and their only sin is not finding someone to care for them. I wish I could take them all but reality says I am only able to care for two.

Oh I have had so many dogs in my life. I love them all. Total dog person here. I tend to go for dogs with the soft noses. Labs, goldens, spaniels. My 2 mini dachshunds are my favorite at the moment.

Any dog works for me.

My first was a St. Then I had a couple of Chows. They I got into raising and showing Shar-Pei. I then rescued a couple of Greyhounds. My current is a muttinsky I found after she had been hit by a car and would have died had I not come along. She's been with me 10 years and is the love of my life.

I prefer big dogs with smushy faces (the opposite of my beloved Greyhounds, lol). But, yep, any dog is fine with me.
