My "little man" is losing part of his anatomy tomorrow.

The good news is that no unplanned or unwanted puppies will ever come from him!

The hardest part is going to be "no swimming" until the sutures are out

Dazzle says the hardest part is the "cone of shame"! We will be thinking of Kodi tomorrow and wishing him a speedy recovery..we all know how the vet says keep them quiet for 2 weeks, no playing, no jumping up, no stairs only to get home and have them race up the stairs and do everything else the vet said they shouldn't do . Good luck!

LOL - yeh - the words "keep quiet" and "7 month old Chesapeake Bay Retriever" should never be used in the same sentence! I have a feeling the words "kennel up" are going to be used a lot for the next ten days!

I just hope he leaves his sutures alone. I certainly don't want any infections in his man bits!

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts. He looked absolutely pitiful when I loaded him into the kennel cage at the vet. (He is at the stage where he refuses to go with anyone unless I go along) I know its just a neuter but I'm going to worry till they call me & say he is OK.
