Mine wear an occasional bandana or t-shirt and that's about it - easy to throw in w/ the wash - if yours is always wearing clothes and they get dirty/hairy, probably the laundromat is a good idea. Do you have any photos of your dog dressed up?
Dog beds go in the washing machine here but separate (from our clothes etc)
do you mean the blankets? I was them separately in our washing machine and wipe down both washer and dryer to get our any left over dog hair.
Do you mean actual clothes? If you have enough clothes to not be able to wash them in the sink by hand then you have more problems than can be addressed here.
maybe if you did the entire job yourself and promise to wipe down both dryer and washer she wouldn't mind. while you are at it wash the rest of the clothes as well.....
id have to wonder how dirty your dogs are if your worried about the washingmachine...
my dogs laundry (beds, blankets, clothing (I have hairless dogs) in with my laundry...
I live on a farm and have livestock, BELIVE me even my dogs dirtiest bedding is cleaner than the majority of my clothes lol.
if theres poop or vomit I just rinse off with the hose first.

My front loader fills with hair thanks to the government's new water saving standards for washing machines. It doesn't disappear with the rinse water like my top loader did or any older front loaders It's disgusting. I can't wipe it all out either. I have to run the sanitize/drum clean cycle to remove the hair. The damn thing cost me $1,200.
