I had a very blonde Golden Retriever who had a pink nose. It wasn't a flaw, just a color.

They are supposed to have black noses.

Golden's noses sometimes turn a lighter shade in the winter....it's called "snow-nose" and is not considered a serious flaw....It's odd, Macie's nose was pitch black year round until she was 2 - now it does lighten up. We do not show her so it doesn't matter to us, just interesting that it changed.

AKC standards for a Goldens are black or brownish black. And yes, they tend to lighten in the winter. Any other color is a flaw.

American Kennel Club - Golden Retriever

They do talk mention "pink" in the nose section...guess that is what you meant by red! Duh...me Now, THAT I have seen mentioned.
