Default El Paso Unemployment Rate Slowly Dropping

The febuary 2008 unemployment rates are out and El Paso is at 5.5%. Last month in January it was at 5.9% and this time last year Febuary 2007 it was at 6.5%. What's remarkable is that while the country is skidding toward a slowdown or recession and with housing laying off thousands of jobs in the U.S. at least El Paso is still slowly dropping.

Real good info, 6 FOOT.

While the job market is obviously a huge area of needed improvement in El Paso, at least by slowly but surely baby steps things appear to be improving in the city.
