Te problem with not as bad" line of thinking is that all it does is kick the ball a little further down the road, not stop it. Simply choosing someone who is just a bit better than Obeyme isn't good for us in the long run.

Trolling does damage in ways other than "hurting" anybody's feelings. You chose to respond to my post with the usual right wing ramblings that had nothing to do with my post. What y'all habitually do is deflection.

Paul is no Jefferson, Adams or Franklin, but that does explain some peoples overblown vision of the man (Paul).

Yet certain policies of his are being adopted by the Neocons, to appease the Tea People.

Look, in 3 years the Republican party changed from a Progressive big spending big government idea, similar to the Democrat party, to a total different 180 idea of less spending and less government.

Why?

Who started that?

Only the Godfather of the Tea Party, that's who.

sigh... I gave you the definition of neocon which you conveniently left out of your responding post.
here it is again:
permanent revolution
redraw the map of the Middle East
pre emptive war
the ends justify the means
no objection to the welfare state
believe in an American Empire
powerful federal govt
decision making by the elite
force should not be limited to the defense of our country
attacks on civil liberties necessary

Have a beer with Obama just quit electing big government people like him.
