So who's right?

Well, since 1961, for 52 years now, the Republicans have held the White House 28 years, the Democrats 24. In those 52 years, our private economy has produced 66 million private sector jobs.

So what's the job score?

Republicans: twenty-four million. Democrats: forty-two.

Now, there's -- there's a reason for this. It turns out that advancing equal opportunity and economic empowerment is both morally right and good economics.
Why? Because poverty, discrimination, and ignorance restrict growth.

Interesting.
Bill speaks with forked tongue...Go home Bill.

Your sour grapes view is noted.

Since the ratings of the Dem convention were quite high, and higher than the RNC convention, those tens of millions watching will care.

Then, there is the reports on the news that have given Clinton and Michelle Obama's speeches high marks, while they have called the RNC speeches devoid of detail and mere platitudes.

Wow, you really hate the Obamas huh...lol!

How would you even know what the president was "brought up to believe?" Were you watching him through his formative years?

Also from my understanding, Obama lived in Indonesia for about 4-5 years, that is not a whole childhood. He lived with his grandparents at age 10 and graduated from high school in HI.

Like the poster above said, you have spewed utter nonsense.

You should come away from skewed media sources into reality.

The dems really do opposed God and Israel.

Maybe they received a message direct from their "Messiah" to but it back in.

I thought the Democrats want every vote counted? Why didn't they raise hands or submit a ballot with their votes? How much do you want to bet it would have failed to reach the 2/3 majority needed for amendment?

It does indeed.... $10 tril from Repubs, $6 tril from Dems... and your point is?

Think again.

This wasn't just an indictment of the GOP's failure to advance the Economy under it's stewardship, this was an attack on the GOP's core message to those it seeks to govern.

Here, let me help.

Bill Clinton:

We Democrats, we think the country works better with a
strong middle class, with real opportunities for poor folks to
work their way into it, with a relentless focus on the future,
with business and government actually working together to
promote growth and broadly shared prosperity.

I don't know how Clinton massaged the numbers for job creation. I'm sure that he credited Obama for the 4.5 million new jobs created that democrats have been using. Of course that has proved to be a lie and that it is only 300,000. Also the job growth from the 60's came from Kennedy's tax cut policy. He would be a conservative today!
