Ryan did speak and he said a whole lot of NOTHING. He had his chance to mention even a COUPLE of loopholes, exemptions etc that he and Romney would close or change and NOTHING. He simply went on about getting a 'consensus' as to which things they would cut, close etc.
Ryan could've simply said 'I'm going to cut and close A, B and C as examples Mr. Biden'. Done and done, but he DIDN'T because he either doesn't have anything in mind or else Ryan knows its going to be something that Americans aren't going to like.
Exactly.
Biden has really done a great job tonight.
Ryan has delivered a good effort but unfortunately if you can't stand up and tell the voter what your plans are you really can't speak with any conviction - and it shows.
His style may be rough for some, but he's pummeling Ryan on the details and facts. Folks aren't stupid.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha what facts? Are we watching the same debate? I don't think so.
