All I can say is this issue ought to be settled one way or another sooner rather than later, or a lot of people's time and money is going to end up wasted. Up front and center instead of a background murmur that varies in pitch and tone as his campaign momentum ebbs and flows.

If they take that view, they have lost the argument. It is not factually true. The Founding Fathers used Sir William Blackstone’s, Commentaries on the Laws of England, as a basic for the Constitution.
