People don't like Obama right now, they didn't so much in 2010. Those are midterms.
Republicans win, vote on stupid **** no one cares about that has no hope of passing the Presidents desk, people get pissed at them again, then in 2012, they voted for Obama.

Because, generally speaking, Republicans win in off year elections with no President on the ballot. They then look like a bunch of ass clowns because instead of focusing on unemployment and restricting government bloat, they'll vote to repeal Obamacare 50 more times. People just don't care.

1. Save social security and medicare, no changes to the programs.
2. Cut defense
3. raise taxes on the wealthy
Now most Americans don't vote in mid terms. Which is why we have a Republican win those years. Then when the President comes around.....

Legal immigrants, which at last count was just fine with Republicans as well, is not massive.
The fact is this, poor people have lots of babies. They don't have much else to do. Poor people vote democratic in large numbers. The fact that minorities have more poor people then whites, well, thats another argument to have at another time.
Gallup has him at 43% disapproval, for comparison that's lower numbers than Reagan had after Iran Contra broke. Perhaps if Lerner starts flapping her lips he can set a new record.
And? Obama isn't running for election and these elections are decided by each individual state and not on a national level.
