Legal immigrants, which at last count was just fine with Republicans as well, is not massive.
The fact is this, poor people have lots of babies. They don't have much else to do. Poor people vote democratic in large numbers. The fact that minorities have more poor people then whites, well, thats another argument to have at another time.

Why should we take on massive numbers of unskilled person, imported just so a party can have a new stock of voters and companies can have a endless supply of cheap labor..

The Democratic needs people to be uneducated and dependent on handouts, if they cant get it with Americans they will import poverty to added to said class and if one says anything about it, they scream "racist"

How is a do nothing congress a bad thing? We have seen what they do when they do something, they make things worse.

The giant slices of people who said don't know leads me to believe this poll doesn't really tell much and not worth relying on to predict anything other than it will be the "don't knows" to decide these elections like usual.
polls are as good as the day they are taken. I do think the recent trend is showing the Dems might have trouble hanging on to the senate: certainly the GOP will pick up a couple of seats and let's face it, like it or not, regardless of your views Obama isn't going down, as the most popular pres in history, but what this has to do with 2016, probably very little.

Gallup has him at 43% disapproval, for comparison that's lower numbers than Reagan had after Iran Contra broke. Perhaps if Lerner starts flapping her lips he can set a new record.
You can believe that, but it's highly unlikely that the manufactured, ginned-up "scandals" such as the IRS thing and the Benghazi thing are going to motivate the public outside of the usual "true believers."

And even if the Republicans do get a majority in the Senate in 2014, it's likely to be short-lived given that they have many more seats to defend in 2016.

For the same reasons that Bush didn't and Clinton didn't. Even Reagan's popularity was slipping in the 6th year.
By the 6th year, very few Presidents remain as popular as when they were re-elected 2 years earlier.
The 6th year always seems to be the one when the chickens come home to roost, whatever the chickens are.
Most Presidents are up to their eyeballs in something by the 6th year.
