You realize that a 10% tax would be a tax increase for over 50% of the taxpayers, right? There would be no deductions or anything like that. Just a straight tax on whatever income you have.
It never amazes me how the super elites of a certain political party are able to convince their great unwashed masses to vote against their self-interest time and time again.
The GOP will dump both Trump and Carson and most likely run Bush. But, I think Trump may team up with Carson and run as an Independent.
That would be a Democratic fantasy . . . . . unless they end up with less than 270 electoral votes, resulting in the GOP-controlled House selecting the POTUS.
Agreed. The A bomb probably saved a LOT of lives on BOTH sides between the US not having to fight street for street in Japan AND the defenders realizing being killed would NOT help out the Japanese survivors.
Carson: this has been a batcrap crazy election and, it might get rowdier before the Dems and Repubs have their final candidates for 2016.
yes.. war is ugly business. I definitely agree with you.
Nobody wanted to talk about it, but Japan lost 129,000–246,000 because of the atomic bombs.
Various scientific surveys of Iraqi deaths resulting from the first four years of the Iraq War estimated that between 151,000 to over one million Iraqis died as a result of conflict during this time. A later study, published in 2011, estimated that approximately 500,000 Iraqis had died.
which war is more politically correct now?
So Ben Carson is right,
He said that if there are going to be any established rules for war, the main one ought to be “no war,” he said.
“Other than that, we have to win,” Mr. Carson said. “Our life depends on it.”
Only a fool would disagree with this common sense.
See, you did not read my earlier post or did not follow it. As I stated, registered Democrats and Independents are not part of the respondent pool of 376, so their views are NOT reflected in the poll. Otherwise, the poll would be absolutely meaningless.

Is there no chance that Trump and Carson could take the election? The more I watch, hear, see and read, the more I think it could be possible. People are REALLY fed up like I have never seen in my lifetime.
It is past time to dump the 2 party system so why not do it in 2016?
The Democrats have yet to come up with a viable candidate.
Ben Carson is a seventh day Adventist, follower of the nut job ellen white. He is not an evangelical. I think he will drop like a rock when the truth comes out.
So they called 1,261 random landline and cell phone numbers they had.
They found that 1,021 of 1,261 of the adults answering the phone were registered voters (of any party).
They then found that 376 of 1,021 were registered Republican.

Per above, 240 of 1,261 people called were not registered to vote. The remaining 1,021 were registered to vote. 376 of the 1,021 were registered Republicans. The remaining 645 registered voters were either an independent or affiliated with the Democratic Party or some other minor party. Accordingly, if you sample only those 376 respondents, by definition you are excluding all non-Republicans.
There is a table at the end of the article OP linked.

None of which I questioned. I asked why does it matter what someone that is going to vote (D) thinks here?
