I guess what a lot of you posters don't realize is that Trump has marketed his name. If the building/item/whatever has Trump's name on it, he gets a royalty.

I've never seen such unending criticism of a candidate before; it's got to be hell when your own party attacks you, the opposing party attacks you, and the media piles on. When he stands up for himself, he is accused of being a whiny baby. I'd like to see this kind of treatment given to another politician and see how they react.

Yes, nobody on this thread is aware of the fact that "Trump has marketed his name." Because we've all been living under a rock.

As pointed out in the article that is linked in the OP, that's completely irrelevant.

And how are you enjoying your first day in America?

What he's seeing now is a walk on the beach compared to what the POTUS sees, if he can't handle it now without whining and setting lawyers on people he'll never make it as POTUS.

I wonder if he ever sued her for not warning him if he didn't stop pouting and jutting his lower lip out that his face would freeze like that ?

i've been well aware of trump's brand long before he entered the race. if you missed it i specifically pointed out in the OP that the name is trademarked.

The word you're looking for is "trademarked", and I suggest you read the article linked in the OP, because Trump has zero chance of prevailing. It's just that he can hire a slimy lawyer to send off a letter that sounds really scary - classic Trump, "I'm rich, so I shouldn't have to play by little-people rules".

Even if you're not going to skim the article, take a step back and think. Do you really think you can finesse your way around the First Amendment by trademark law?

Your first Presidential election, I take it?

Dems cry like babies with every move Trump makes while turning a blind eye to the FOTUS, Failure Of The United States as he continues his quest to destroy our liberties and exceptionalism.
