Trump knows damn well that US politics is a rough game. Don't run onto the rugby field and then whine if you get tackled. As luck would have it, the suit will get tossed on any number of counts and Trump's lawyer will be able to buy his wife a new Lexus.

i'm guessing that either:

A): trump quietly drops the case in a couple weeks and pretends it didn't happen ( same as he did with the bill maher "spawn of an orangutan" case )

B): they move forward with the case and a the defense lawyer is paid for by a trump rival supporter ( either GOP or den ) or possibly the ACLU.
