Sure they will. I hope Obama and Lynch are included in the prosecution. He knew about her server.

Why would she resist? Hillary would love to be in "target rich" environment like a women's prison.

Default Hillary Email Scandal Prediction

Democrats: If you (GOP) can nominate an establishment candidate that we can live with for the the next four years, we will green light AG Lynch to prosecute Hillary and let Sanders lose all 50 states in the general election.

There has to be enough leaking within the inner circle that deals are being pondered. BTW, I'd be ashamed of both parties if this scenario played out...

Thoughts?

I don't see the Democrats doing that unless that believe that they just can't cover up Hillary's crimes.

The fact that Biden didn't run is a pretty clear indicator that they never had any intention of prosecuting Hillary.

Obama and his regime are thoroughly corrupt. Regardless of what she did, how many counts are recommended against her, or the extent of the leaks about the Obama regime's efforts to sweep all of this under the rug, there is no way that they indict her.

There is absolutely no way she is indicted. Obama is too narcissistic and too corrupt.

Case closed.

My prediction: There is no indictment, and not for any nefarious reason or due to any backroom deals, but because, as many people in positions to know have said, there is nothing criminal there. It's a "scandal" only in the right wing fantasy land. Just like Benghazi and the myriad of other faux "scandals" the right has attempted to cook up against the Clintons for the last quarter of a century.

Clinton wins the nomination and goes on to win the election, and is president for the next four, and possibly eight, years.

I'm sure Hillary will be able to skate away from this investigation. It pays to have friends in high places.
It will be just another scandal that will leave her supporters loving her even more and the rest of us shaking our heads for the next 4 years.

Let's think about this.

Hillary and her aides have not even been interviewed yet.

But an FBI source was quoted today that this case will be resolved "in weeks, not months."

Think about those two sentences together for a second. I think we know where it is coming out.

They took down David Petraeus for far less than what Hillary did. All he did is sleep with a slag. Nothing that Bill Clinton hasn't done many times over.

It's obvious that Hillary is being protected.
