In Wisconsin he was viewed as 'establishment' and anti-Trump so his numbers should not be ignored in your analysis.
Cruz will always be a loser now. He sold out to the elites and should be thrown out. Any neocon that comes out of Wisconsin will be rejected.

If Palin's endorsement had done any good for Trump, he would have sent her out in the boonies to rally his troops, at least a time or two.
But what happened after her garbled rant of an endorsement speech? Nothing. Other than Trump dropping her like a hot rock. Trump is a lot of things, but he's not stupid. About 3 minutes into her word salad speech he knew he had made a big mistake.

But Sarah gotta be Sarah. If a nobody with no money and no chance calls on her to help him out in Wisconsin, she's always willing to go for it. Gotta keep the grift going, after all.

An endorsement from Sarah Palin these days is like dropping an anchor into a swimmer's back pocket. The poor shlub will sink like a stone against Paul Ryan. he's been serving his district since 1999, and when first elected, was the youngest Representative in the House.
And nowadays, is the youngest Speaker of the House. If there ever was a favorite son, Paul Ryan's the guy. His seat is as secure as it gets, and he'll serve for just as long as he wants in a Congress where House seniority really counts.

At 46, Ryan is at the age when most House freshman are beginning their first term. He's entering his 9th term this election. Representatives don't get elected 8 times in a row if they're not popular.

Sarah Palin is the kiss of death for any campaign, just ask McCain. I REALLY hope Trump is dumb enough to pick her for VP.

Hope so, this seat isn't nearly as Republican as Cantor's.

Governor Palin stands with the people and knows what the neocons are up to. She is a true fighter.

Well. Cruz won ~50% of Ryan's district. It's not clear to me that a vote for Cruz = vote for Ryan.

Of course, she is no longer a governor, having quit that job half-way through her term. She now is busy giving speeches and such, and is worth some 12 million dollars (contrast with her worth in 2008). Yes, she is a true fighter, but mainly for herself.

I see no historical evidence that Palin stands with "the people." What I do see is a shameless opportunist, who does what's best for people with the initials "S.P."
