Absolutely. I have no problem with people with a different belief than me. On the big items, wars, wall street, government spying, health care, Sanders and Hillary are nowhere close.

So.....explain.....how can you support Hillary and her positions on those items but yet respect someone that would do the opposite?

Maybe...we will see.

I've supported Sanders for months but will I be absolutely baffled if he disappoints in the end? No, I've said defending a party that he claims to not even belong to is his biggest weakness.

It might be about money or it might be about his legacy. We shall see. People make choices in their lives.

How are the things that Bernie want for this country "unrealistic" and "pie in the sky" but its not unrealistic for Trump and Hillary to think they can get the full support of Bernie supporters?

A self proclaimed socialist won over 40 percent of the vote and 20+ states in a major political party primary.

Think about that for a second. Even 15 years ago would've been considered unimaginable

Bottomline: If Sanders had the kind of power that it would take to make this happen, he wouldn't be being thrown under the bus by the party. "Kissing" Hillary ever-widening behind............

The below pie chart is from the Washington Post:

69% of Sanders supporters will support whoever is the Democratic nominee. That 20% of Sanders supporters are likely independents who would have swung Republican in any case.

The numbers remain, Clinton has a lead in Democrats, woman and minorities that is as great or greater than Obama's lead in 2012.

Even though Bernie may not be a member of the Democrat Party, he understands the GOP is for the donors and will do what ever they wish. Hence the passage of Nafta, repeal of Glass-Stegall, Bush tax cuts, failure to correct Citizens United, failure to reinstate the AWB, failure to consent to nominations and passage of the TPA.

The GOP the party of do-nothings.

It's not a complicated thing to understand.

I've always admired his passion...even when his passion was directed toward criticizing HRC. Even if I don't like what he proposes, I believe he cares about people. He's refreshingly sincere.

If HRC didn't het the nomination, I'd have no problem voting for Bernie.

I get it, you can't vote for HRC because the differences are too great. That's fine. For me, the differences aren't insurmountable.

Hm, wonder what went on in that meeting with Obama? He offered him huge sums of money, or reminded him of what happened to people that cross the Clintons, are my guesses.
