Oh, the RNC gets it just fine.

The people who either don't get it or don't care are the voters.

All the reports in the world won't help. In fact, my gut feeling is that the report just pissed them off and they dug their heels in.

The question is does the GOP have to sell our country and our immigration laws down the river to gain the Hispanic vote and is that the right thing to do for the rest of our citizenry and what this country stands for? I'm not PO'd over the lack of the Hispanic vote as I know that is what far too many of them want and have no right to demand and it's wrong.

What can the Republican party do to appeal to Hispanics and minorities in general? Because from what I have learned, party preferences are set early in age because of the influence of family, friends and other groups such as religion, etc. A lot of us minorities also grew up hearing how the Democrats are for "us" and that Republicans are racist. Luckily, my family wasn't like this. I also don't need to be singled out by the Democrats and have my butt kissed. I was taught the value of hard work and morals and wasn't raised as a special snowflake

Do you think demographics shift to more racially diverse population is going to start hurting Republics?

Yesterday's Fox New Poll is showing a +46 point lead by Clinton over Trump: 66% vs 20%.

Not really.

If you listen the the more hysterical comments from the left, we Republicans are going to deport them anyway, so there is that....

My father was taught the value of hard work, and still lives it today. I was taught that too. My father has voted Democrat most of his life. Your assumption is "only snowflakes and lazy people vote Democrat" is stupid. And one wonders why more minorities don't vote Republican.

Looks like even Latinos and Asians are starting to get sick of the race dividing left.

It didn't matter because the vote of each voter is not equal in America
Despite getting millions and millions LESS votes, trump won because of 80k rust belt rural whites
