We have 1000s of FEMA employees, have FEMA Director and Homeland Sec. On site. State's governor requested POTUS hold off his visit.
Who has the false outrage? Fools who love Trump do.
That's assuming the President had any plans to visit to begin with. It's not a stretch to suspect that "If you like Barack Obama, you'll love John Bel Edwards" is covering up a little for him by saying he wants his visit to be delayed. How has Trump's presence harmed anyone in LA or taken away resources from the distressed people? You can argue that he shouldn't be there, but minimizing everything he does is what is foolish, in my opinion.
I don't think Hillary "chose" not to go to Louisiana; she is not physically able to do it.
This is not some staged "rally" BS, or walking a few feet from the curb to Joe Biden's house (clutching a metal railing the entire time).
Surveying flood damage requires all of the following, at least:
1. walking around
2. stepping over obstacles that are possibly several inches high
3. not slipping and falling on wet pavement (possibly bursting your colostomy bag)
4. being subjected to bright sunshine
5. helping to unload trucks with supplies, etc.
She physically cannot do any of that!
Meanwhile Trump is at yet another rally hours after visiting Louisiana.
Hillary has no where near the stamina to do anything like that.
That's why her campaign logo resembles a sign giving directions to a hospital.
So...you think Hillary and the dems care about black people? The same Hillary who called black men "super predators" and said they needed to be brought to heel? The same democrats who make all sorts of promises to the black community to get elected? The same ones who once they get elected immediately forget all those promises because they think black people will continue to support them no matter what? The same dems who actively put illegal aliens ahead of American citizens?
I have to wonder what those in the poor neighborhoods are actively doing to discontinue black on black violence.
the DNC who called hispanics "taco bowls" and also made fun of black peoples names and said things like "no homo" .. they were the founder of the KKK and passed the Jim Crow laws.. and the democrats finally after much pressure from the Republicans and society to join with the Republicans and pass the Civil Rights Act. Then the lying democratic party who fought for segregation for decades, then acted as if they were the ones who passed the civil rights act.and succeeded in the lie that the Republicans were the racists.. more Republicans voted to pass it.. and finally the democrats broke down and voted for it too..
The only thing Hillary cares about from black people is their votes and she will say ANYTHING to get them.
Well, she is a politician isn't she? That's what politicians do.
Hillary also visited Orlando a few weeks ago and laid a bouquet of flowers in front of the Pulse club where the massacre took place (a makeshift memorial has been created there.) In the LGBT centered social media, Donald Trump was criticized for not making any sympathetic gestures to the LGBT community ... in fact he and Marco Rubio spoke in front of a gathering of vehemently anti-gay evangelicals on the two month anniversary of the Pulse massacre. Maybe Donald has written off the LGBT vote.
For everyone who claims he didn't do anything for visiting you should read this article from LA Times.
They interview a flood victim who is not a Trump fan who says the visit helped give the tired people of the area a little boost.
He also was trying to educate himself on the extent of the damage, the number of houses ruined, how many people have insurance to help them out.
They also praise him for bringing attention to the disaster. Louisiana flood victims praise Donald Trump for visiting damaged areas - LA Times
