He used donor money to buy thousands of copies of his own book, at retail price, diverting money into his own pockets and artificially inflating his book sales.

His fan base won't care. Don't forget, he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and he wouldn't lose any votes.

I would give him a free pass on this one.

We are not talking a significant amount of money.

Further he gave his own campaign tons of personal money so we are a long ways from a net positive cash flow from his campaign into his personal account.

So Hillary supporters are concerned about this issue? Were the books then given away to Trump donators or at rallies? If so shrug.
Business does it all the time. A company makes toilette paper and Hand soap. The factory that makes toilet paper buys hand soap made by another branch of the company at another factory.
HIllary supports worry about this but not about Hillary accepting millions in donations from foreign sources?

LOL I am no Trump supporter but this is weak.

Like groupies following a rock star to the tour bus.

If he didn't forfeit the royalties it's illegal for him to do it as per campaign laws.

More allegations without any evidence of wrongdoing.

You dems are discrediting yourselves more than Trump.

They all do this. They use the books to give away at rallies and events, or to give to campaign surrogates to give away. This is about as uncommon as breathing and blinking.

This has been common since before a 'Texan Looks at Lyndon' came out during the Goldwater Johnson campaign. Usually a think tank buys the books It is also another way to get the book to the best seller list fast.

If all y'all could concentrate on fact instead of made up chit and making mountains out of molehills, the electorate would have a chance to learn about candidates and issues.
