As I read these insane rates people have to pay under Obamacare, makes me appreciate my government benefits more and more each day.
Trump said he wants to do away with it, Hillary wants to keep it.
Vote Trump and let him fix it.
I don't know how old yo are but many older people don't realize the stress Obamacare is putting on families because it's so expensive. Many people simply can't afford it and have to go without health insurance and pay the tax which actually means they get lower pay. Some people adjust their W4 so government will take out more money so they can even out, others are surprised and owe money at tax time.
I'm taking it that if you are on medicare you're still healthy. I take care of my elderly mother and dealing with the government benefits is a nightmare.
Hillary will improve it. Obama knew it wasn't perfect but he had to get what he could get approved at the time - knowing that future tweaks would be needed. He even said this when it was first approved.
GOP wants to toss it out and then people with pre-existing conditions would be paying even higher premiums than now...or they won't be able to get insurance at all. GOP is ok with people being unable to get insurance and die as a result.
It's time for the tweak that Obama mentioned and Hillary knows how to make it better. She researched this for a long time and she understands how to fix it. I'm with her.
Her supporters dont care because they were moved onto medicaid, which the taxpayer pay, they dont..
Oh wow, so that means they get free medications, free doctors and hospital visits. If they need assistance at home they get free home modifications, free nurses aids for 20 hours a week. Of course they would qualify for EBT (food stamps) and in the end, free nursing home. While the rest of us have to pay full price for our health insurance and subsidize others AND pay for medicaid and we will never qualify for help with anything, so we better have enough saved to pay for that... I wonder how people are going to pull that one off?
And the elitist wonder why the American people are P*ssed?
So tell me. When we didn't have obamacare, the poor people waited in the ER and wasted resources in other ways. Hospitals survived, but our premiums were much much much lower.
Despite rising healthcare costs pre-obamacare, the healthcare system didn't collapse.
So let's just go back to THAT broken system and lower our premiums back to where they were before.
The content of this post has pretty much been my argument since OC was conceived/passed and that "we had to pass it to know what's in it" said by idiot Pelosi.

Americans are spoiled. I've been to France and Italy and they live in super small places that are just apartments. My first apartment was bigger than what they live in.
I went to this little shop and when we walked in the lights were out. They waited until a customer came to turn on the lights to save electricity. I was with a guy who left from Cuba (don't know his full story) but that visit is when my eyes opened up to what it is like to live in socialism. It was a real eye awakening to how spoiled we Americans are.
It's been a long time but I witnessed the same.
We are spoiled rotten here in the USA and we waste A LOT!!
