ONCE AGAIN, voting is a STATE matter, any investigation of voting as to come from the Attorney General of the state with their task force....if states like California doesn't have one to look for illegal immigrants and refuses to enforce federal immigration laws and gives illegal aliens legal status in their jurisdiction of the state, where is the risk for an illegal who is a legal resident according California law to register online or in person?
they either accept or reject the registration form.....and since state officials look the other way, what are the odds of an illegal immigrant getting arrested and going to prison for registering to vote in a state where they have legal status?

we have over 20 million illegals in our country....they will find loopholes to get jobs and government services and loopholes to rent apartments and houses........and if a state like California gives them legal status, D.L. and protects them from federal immigration laws then they will feel empower and find loopholes to vote to keep the same politicians in power to keep the status quo.
