I'm waiting for Stewart to put together some clever clips comparing the DNC's sincere commitment to women's equality with their shameful smearing of Sarah Palin.
It'll be a long wait, though.
After all, Mr. Leibowitz is a coward and a shill for the Dems.
Did you watch the clip, didnt Palin and the rest of the Republicans say she should take on the criticism. I guess when it's your candidate it's different though, how typical.
This is classic--free material for the Obama campaign.
Every politician and political campaign will flip flop when it works to their advantage. But I've never see it as stark as with the Republicans this election cycle.
I loved it when Jon Stewart had the sit down (breakfast) I think it was for some main stream media in Denver last week. He ripped them for their crappy job of NOT doing the f'ng jobs. Kind of like the Presidential Dinner where Colbert had the ..."and you had the good grace not to tell us" line.
Study after study shows that people who get a higher percentage of their news from The Daily Show and The Colbert Report are MORE INFORMED ABOUT WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON IN POLITICS.
This was about as good as it gets.
Glad to see the Ds are not taking it sitting down this year.

I hate to hijack the thread here, but I'd like you to explain yourself.
I believe in woman's equality. I also believe Palin is dangerously unqualified, and the fact that she resorted to introducing herself to America by straight out (ie The Bridge To Nowhere which she supported and then kept the money) shows the few issues we know where she stands are in contrast to what the American people believe.
That's been the heart of most of the critiques out there, especially from actual democrats, not some of the obnoxious anonymous jagoffs in this forum. So where's the hypocrisy here?
Bonus points if you can answer that without pointing out that John Stewart's a jew!
I love satire, it get's my mind working better than anything else.
I like when he was talking to Newt about Palin's anti-abortion stance. He said that it was hypocritical for her to say that everyone should stay out her families business and let Bristol decide what to do about the baby. She wants people to stay out of her daughter's life, but wants the government to make the decision for other women.
