McSame talking same old stuff to mostly old white folks to give the country four more years of the same old thing.

Nope. The balloon drop was the most exciting part...

Condoms are evil. They kill babies. So, no dice.

gosh, did everyone see that horrendous green backdrop in the beginning of his speech!

horrendous!
I felt the same way. He speech sounded like a Navy retirement ceremony.

And Palin's sounded more like a 1st lady speech with some intermittent Obama bashing to try and sell us on how tough she is.

The speech was just what I predicted: A republican who tried to divorce himself from the failed policies of the last eight years, while still trying to come across as a republican. It's also exactly why he won't win.

They're always lying about the other candidate. I don't know how much more I can stand. As if the other candidate truly believed in such negative concepts and the like. It's plainly idiotic. It's obvious that both candidates want what's best for America, but by far neither are saviors. At least Obama will prove to the rest of the world that we truly have changed from the ways of President Bush and that we are moving forward not only as a country, but as citizens of the world. With all the globalization, we can no longer think on a simply national level. Everything is global. Everyday we become more interconnected and we have to stand up for that. We have to show that we will. Hopefully we'll decide what's best.
