I asked this same question and it got 'moved'...but I truely want to know what McCain supporters think... They justified his suspension of his campaign by saying he was doing what was best for the country...Well, he did not follow through with his plan...so now what? Are you supporting him to debate or do you still think he should have stayed in Washington...please fill us in!

I believe that whoever came up with the idea to "suspend" his campaign realized they made another mistake. And it would have forever lived in infamy if McCain didnt go to the debate, so now they hope that the debate will take the focus off of it/Palin/economy/Iraq/McCain/etc.......

If it is not clear that McCain was trying to do nothing but posture and it failed. I'm shocked.

I read hundreds of posts yesterday from you McCain supporters jamming Obama for going ahead with the debate. Well, what do you think now. Your guy just doesn't know what to do I guess. I guess he just flies off the handle and then checks out the rhetoric on the news to see if he made a cool decision. How scary
