I know just what you mean. I had innocently gone through life assuming that most people were realitively normal, reasonable people. We might not always agree about everything but, when we disagreed, we would do so in a rational manner. Now I find myself looking at the woman who brings my newspaper, the guy next door mowing his lawn, the teller at the bank, the checkout person at the grocery store, etc. etc. and thinking; "I wonder if at night they go on the internet and lose their minds? I wonder if behind their normal exterior they are raging racists or paranoid against anyone with an education?"
Count me in with Siouxcia as one who now does this, too .
I guess things must be pretty good in the Obama camp if the opposition is back to this. Has McCain produced a copy of his results?
